I grew up with a father who exercised authority in a way that I knew I better obey, or else! Being a kid I thought it was all about Dad telling me what to do.  Isn’t that what all kids think?  Then I went to school and teachers told me what to do.  If I didn’t obey I was toast. Tune into God's Frequency Why is it that God responds to some people’s prayers and others seem to go unanswered?  This is an age-old question for which I have never heard a good answer until the Lord revealed it to me.  I have heard people explain unanswered prayer in at least two ways (I call them excuses): It must not be God’s will.
