Jesus demonstrated what a MAN could do by the Spirit. In the realm of the Spirit natural law has to bow to the higher law of Spirit.
Since time is not a factor with faith, time means nothing to the believer nor is the believer dissuaded by the passing of time. They are too busy declaring what God has said.
However, we are often presented with situations that test our faith to the uttermost. It’s what we do during these times that determines what our reward will be.
How do all these blessings come to us? Through the Spirit by faith! The Spirit dispenses the blessings to us when we exercise our faith in God’s Word, just as Abraham did.
Then there are those who actually tried naming what they wanted and claiming it as theirs and NOTHING happened. Therefore, they concluded it just doesn’t work and joined the crowd of naysayers.
This revelation has changed my entire view of giving thanks. I realize that I need to thank God for the promises I have already received by faith—before their physical manifestation in my life.
So many Christians abort their blessings by giving up before the harvest has a chance to manifest. They either stop meditating on the Word (seed) or mix their meditation with negative speaking.
I have observed that Christians build up certain tolerances and become able to put up with where they are. They tolerate sickness, disease, pain, lack, poverty, shortages instead of saying, “Enough!”
I know when a Christian has received The Blessing. We look at them and SEE the blessing and SAY, “Boy, you sure are blessed!”
